Refund policy

Products

All product sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@futuremindsclub.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Future Minds Parent Circle Membership

The Membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings in our Circle community, or by emailing hello@futuremindsclub.ca. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

• Monthly plan: monthly payments are non-refundable, and we do not refund partial months.
• Annual plan: if you cancel within 14 days of your first annual payment, you can request a full refund by emailing hello@futuremindsclub.ca. After 14 days, annual payments (including renewals) are non-refundable, and you keep access until the end of your paid year.
• If we discontinue the Membership, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees.
